The Team

The Directory of Service team​ plays a key role within three Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) in the South West that serves a combined population of over 2.5 million people. We are employed by these three ICBs.

Our main role is to provide up-to-date health and social care service information for a range of providers and the public.

Clinicians and the public can directly access the information we provide by using MiDoS in its various forms.


Via a website search portal, public facing MiDoS - or a URL link, each instance of MiDoS is tailored to fit the end user to make the experience not only useful but functional and straightforward.

We provide the service information for 111 when they need to refer patients to services in our region.


Our information changes when circumstances change ensuring patients get to the most appropriate service first time for treatment or triage.

We create bespoke question sets and convert them to an output screen where you can see the real time capacity levels within your organisation or service. With unique login access to MiDoS, only agreed parties will be able to see your capacity levels.

We have full access to Power BI which is a business analytics tool provided by Microsoft.


Power BI aims to provide interactive visualisations and business intelligence capabilities with an interface for end users to create their own reports and dashboards. See more about our reporting.
