Reporting
We have full access to Power BI, a business analytics tool provided by Microsoft.
Power BI aims to provide interactive visualisations and business intelligence capabilities with an interface for end users to create their own reports and dashboards.
Data streams from MiDoS and NHS111 have been established allowing us to produce a multitude of reports providing live time information, trend analysis and historical comparisons for all aspects of service provision across Health and Social care.
Usage, search requests, gap analysis, capacity and selected service information dashboards are just some of the reports already produced.
Power BI has been integrated in to MiDoS allowing reports to be assigned to specific users, providing easy access to live time data when required. This means that users of MiDoS such as commissioners, providers and key stakeholders have round the clock access across all platforms on which they access MiDoS: desktop, mobile phone, tablet and toughbook.
Data from a wide variety of sources can be uploaded in to Power BI and with full access to the system bespoke reports can be created when requested and embedded within MiDoS as a dynamic information search tool with simple access.
